How to keep your pool safe after summer

This post brought to you by BWINC. All opinions are 100% mine.

My family had a fun summer this year. We used our pool  almost everyday during the summer time. Western New York was blessed with a beautiful and warm summer this year. I live in Western New York with limited warm weather, my family is celebrating the warm weather with a blast. We also went to the beach this year. We prefer to swim in our pool. Some of my kids’ friends came over and swim too.
We closed our in-ground pool few weeks ago. Pretty soon we will need a new pool cover. The pool cover we have is at least ten (10) years old. I know that soon we will replace it with a new pool cover. Owning a pool takes time and energy to keep it clean. There are times that my husband is working. Nobody will clean our pool except him. I do not want to ruin the pool system if I clean it by myself. How I wish that we have an automatic pool cleaner. Cleaning the pool manually is time-consuming. I felt badly for my husband. How I wish I can help him.
I know that we are already in the cold season. I am sure that some States are still enjoying their pool. Unfortunately, we have to wait for next summer to use our pool. It would be awesome to have a sauna in the house. It would make my body relaxes or my family after playing sports or works out. It would be awesome to experience the home spa experience as well.
How about you? Are you planning of having a pool next summer? Why not buy a pool from this Family Pool Fun? They are having a sale for the month of October. This month is your best time to buy a pool or perhaps pool accessories. You can get 10% off automatic pool cleaners with coupon code CLEAN10. You can get $100 off THIS SAUNA ONLY with coupon code GREAT100. I hope that you will use these coupons before it will expire.

I would love to have a pool and a sauna 🙂 But at the moment, we don’t have the budget for it yet. Thanks, Sis, for letting your readers know their pool options 🙂

  2. It must be nice to have your own pool in your backyard. Two of my inlaws has it in their backyard. It’s fun but requires maintenance as well.

We have pool in our apartment and we enjoyed going there. Until one day my daughter had UTI problem so I stop going in the pool in mid summer. Hopefully we will enjoy next year.

Hayyyy, I wish I have or we have our own pool so we don’t need to travel when the weather is so humid. I maybe make a pool in our yard but just enough to soak the body in the water, but not for swimming. Planggana ra ka dako siguro nyahahaha.

I’ll take your inputs into consideration if and when I get to own a pool.

I can how your pool is very well taken cared of, Momi Jess! You are blessed with a very handy husband who knows how to do things around the house.

I will never forget the time when we were able to stay at your place and my housemates got the chance to take a dip at your pool. Triz had a great time then and Tiara with the Dad also enjoyed the soaking. 😀

  7. I would love to have a pool for myself since it’s one of my dreams to own one. I know the maintenance can be tiresome but I know when I own a swimming pool. I would take care of it. 🙂

  8. We still have a toddler in the house that’s why we don’t think it would be advisable to have one, but older children love to swim so we just go to clubhouse inside out subdivision whenever they want to swim.

I want to have a pool, but my husband does not like it. It is too much to maintain. Well, I can only dream of a nice one in our backyard.

Having a safe pool to swim is one of owner’s concern. We don’t have one but it doesn’t mean i don’t need to know, at least this could gain me some knowledge, but this would definitely forwarded to my friend in CA who has a huge pool that might be helpful for her.

I would love to have both, a spa and a pool. I have actually told my hubby that when we start construction of our house, we will have a provision for a roof top jacuzzi/spa so relatives and guests can also enjoy it while at the privacy of my home.

Too bad that the weather is changing now towards winter. It’s still hot here so we can still enjoy the beaches and the pools for another month.
